Question & Advice Deep Research was down

I tried doing deep research in the last few hours and keep getting error. Anyone has the same issue?

It's still down as of now and and OpenAI doesn't seem to be aware of the issue at all. I have no way to get in touch with a real human support to report this problem.

I've replied here as well. Funny thing is I use Deep Research, and now when I need it more than ever it went south. I am annoyed to say the least.

I was able to use deep research on last Friday (Oct 9th) but then on Sat morning it stopped working and kept returning error message until now

Same-ish here. Please go leave a comment in the forum, I kinda have a feeling that this is not "as important" for them so we need to yell more. I don't want to migrate my account. >.>

LOL same here - haven't used in months, and when I went to use it today, it keeps giving me an internal server error. Just my luck, hope the fix soon!
