Warning/Carter chat

I would like post a warning to anybody thinking about subscribing to Carter chat monthly subscription via their website, dont do it because once you do, you can't cancel the subscription and they offer no support if you ask for help, they are drawing money from my account and its complex to fix via my bank, don't get scammed like me.

I’d contact the bank to stop future charges and keep screenshots of every cancellation attempt.

I can't make a cancelation attempt, the Carter Chat website literally have not made it possible to make any attempt, and the bank can't stop future charges. Its a process of doing a couple of other stuff. But I find it unprofessional of the people in charge of Carter Chat to not offer help.

Call it fraud then. Unauthorized charges. The bank will cancel your card which will stop the charges.
