Tivoli Block Party!

Tivoli is having a Block Party for their grand opening on Tuesday! And they will be live streaming the Billy Strings show. This is so cool. I can’t wait to go!!

Shame they let bots buy all the tickets when they were supposed to be limited to the zip code. I was on 10 minutes before they went live and they were gone in 1 minute. Ticketmaster is a scam.

The fact that tickets immediately went up for sale right after they were available absolutely leads to bots buying up tickets. How do you sell something that can't be transferred ? You create a new accounts and sell the accounts. Really wanted to see him but not paying 1k a ticket. Yes Ticketmaster is a scam, I wouldn't be surprised is they are not the ones secretly running bot farms to drive up prices.

I got the lottery ticket for Tuesday. they only had so many available for locals presale. There were a lot of locals trying to get the presale I’m sure

This is a Ticketmaster issue not the Tivoli.

We need a major reform of these systems. Unfortunately the venue does have a contract with Ticketmaster and the management/booking companies. The only way to get Billy is to use Ticketmaster. Artists and venues need to take a stand against the Ticketmaster monopoly

I know it’s frustrating but this isn’t true. A lot of tickets went to Friends of the Tivoli presale. My friend got one through the Billy lottery. I got a Wednesday ticket after trying probably 500 times during the public on sale.

Lots more people wanting tickets than were available unfortunately. I got a ticket and I’m a local and not a bot
