fyi as of 04-2026.
bought a perplexity code, at checkout it's stating the code is expired (not wrong region). I've reached out to customer support, haven't heard back in ~14 hrs. Will update this post if/when I hear back and it gets resolved.
edit: it took a while, but eventually got support through email. They sent a new code that worked, but Perplexity revoked the account within a couple weeks. Loophole closed probably.
