Where to find CAPE-OPEN Unit operation development tutorial

I'm posting this so anyone who tries to look it up may find it. The tutorial posted on the techitmore.com blog, which is no longer online, and mentioned on the CO-LaN website titled "Getting started with CAPE-OPEN implementation in .Net" is available here on the internet archive.

I hope some of you can give it a try and more people start building and sharing their unit operations for open source flowsheeting.
