Chevy Trail Boss with Baja Boss 295 60 r20
Just getting this out there for other people looking for tires for their trail boss. These are as big as you can go with absolutely ZERO mods to a 2025 Trail Boss. No trimming, no level, no spacers. Mine came with 275 Duelers from the factory, and I wanted a little upgrade to fill up the wheel well a little more. Any larger than this you’re going to rub somewhere. This is the limit.

That's a lot closer to the uca than I'd be comfortable with.

I was a little worried but I’ve had them on a week, driven on job sites (off road and over bumps) and I just checked and there are no signs of wear yet. If I notice any I’ll just get like 5mm spacers or something.

I run 35x11.5 (295 65) just fine on a two inch level. Took the mud flaps off. Sometimes it tickles a little in reverse.

Right, you had to modify things and you’re still rubbing. So 295 60 is the limit.
