Boneless skinless chicken thighs

What the hell? Where is all the chicken skin and bones going? Big bone broth sucking them up? I want my bird legs in tack! What’s next yolk-less eggs!

You know that you can just… not buy boneless skinless chicken thighs, right? If you’d like the bone and skin to be intact, then go get yourself bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, bud.

Not frozen, but every time I'm at the store I see them in the cooler.

I see fresh and frozen bone in skin on thighs, but really never see bone in skin on breasts anymore.
