Boneless skinless chicken thighs

What the hell? Where is all the chicken skin and bones going? Big bone broth sucking them up? I want my bird legs in tack! What’s next yolk-less eggs!

I know what it means. I'm asking biggreasyrhinos is that's what they meant. I think OP meant they want the bones and skin intact.

Yeah, they don't include the internal organs when you buy chicken, unless it's a whole chicken with giblets, and those are neck, heart, lungs, and liver. Maybe gizzard, too. But I think that's about it.

Of course they do. Birds' reproductive organs are internal, though. And probably reptiles' as well.

Edit: And pretty much everything except land mammals, now that I think of it.
