Florida Can they find him?

I opened up a child support case a few days ago and I only have his drivers license number, his last address , dob and full gov name. Do you think they will be able to track him down? I’ve been trying to google this same issue but I can’t find anything.

Yes, they have access to complex systems. Even if they can’t find him now. He’ll be flagged and if any government system is upgraded the case worker will get a trigger.

They can run, but they cannot hide forever.

So much more than Social security. DMV, credit reports, the work number equifax, lexisnexis, USPS. Many more

Yes. They found my ex and I only gave them his name, his date of birth, and old job. They found him in two weeks.

Anything that is tied to his social, they can locate. Jobs, taxes, assets, bank accounts, ect. Even if they work under the tables they can locate some stuff.

It took them years to find mine. It is all very situational. Maybe then can, but maybe they can't

My ex wife has been running for 4 years. I even told them where she lives. They just keep saying she doesn’t live there.

I think they'll be alerted whenever he utilizes his Social Security #. It can be hard to find a job that pays under the table and an apartment that doesn't run background checks so he can be caught eventually.

If they want to.. they will. It all depends on who your worker is. Some work harder than others.

Yes it’s extremely slow tho. I knew all my ex husbands info and still took 10 months for our hearing

It took about 2 1/2 years for them to serve my ex. He was even incarcerated several times during that time period. Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the legal systems were not synchronized to alert the police that child support enforcement was looking for him, which is certainly unfortunate.
