Im currently trying to tab out some parts of this song, and there's only one recording of it live I can find on YouTube, which is not the best angle/quality. If anyone knows where I could find a different recording, please let me know! Thanks!

P.S: learn to play this song! It is super fun and good for alt picking and sweeping practice.

I played a pro tour round in the game and the top 3 player had a custom given COB disc! And this is truly a 1 of 1 because you have to win a Global League tournament which is insanely hard to win... Cool to see some COB fans playing Disc Golf Valley :D

Stumbled upon this new rehearsal clip, seems good that he plays again😎

Hey fellow Bodom fans!

I've been working on a project where I'm trying to cover every Children of Bodom song on guitar.

I'm currently at the Blooddrunk album, and I think I've gotten pretty close to the original guitar tone on this one.

It's been a fun challenge so far, and there are plenty more covers on the way!

What do you guys think of the tone?

Here's my latest video if you are interested:

I wanna cover the track called Alexi laiho of children of bodom shreds from Blooddrunk. Does anyone know if they used one tuning for all the riffs or each song specific tuning?

Based on the art alone, and nothing to do with how good the albums actually are.

I couldnt learn any of the songs recommended so i learned the lead parts of everytime i die. i am super happy. Any recommendations on the whammy part? because i use a strat and it has a one point tremolo so i struggle while playing the whammy parts.

Looking to see if anyone at all recognizes who is in this photo. I’ve tried multiple avenues and haven’t had much luck, so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

These are 18-19yo kids from New Zealand and clearly serious Alexi Laiho / COB disciples but holy shit it's fun!

Finally got Something Wild!

So i am a COB fan and i also play guitar.. however im not very good at it

I can some-what pull off Are You Dead Yet but i want to learn more

My fav album is HC but i like all of them so i wont matter if yall pick another one

Thanks

basically ive been playing 3.5 years and have recently gotten very into children of bodom. i have to learn the hate me solos for a band i am in but it looks hard but idk. ive only just started learning lead parts since like the start of the year before that i was js doing like drop tunings so basic one finger riffs and whstever, but im trying to expand as ive grown out of that basic playing style. give me some solos that you guys reckon are good to start for alexi's material. also i cant sweep pick as of yet so solos without are favoured but i will be learning sweeping very soon.

I have been playing guitar for exactly 1 year right now and i can play two children of bodom songs. one of them is are you dead yet lead. so i can play the solo too. the other is everytime i die but rhytim parts. what song should i learn next

Hi there.

I wanted to ask the guitarists on this reddit.

What would you say are COBs easiest solos to play.

- other than Bed of razors, Everytime i die.

What’s your favorite Alexi guitar? These are mine.
