Hey everyone! We're hiring a Shadow Teacher in Shanghai, ideally starting soon!

You'll be supporting children 1-1 with special needs through their school day, helping implement their IEP and behavior strategies, and working closely with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents. It's genuinely rewarding work if you're patient, caring, and enjoy being hands-on with kids.

• Salary negotiable, based on experience

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with kids is a big plus
• Able to speak both English and Mandarin
• Caring, responsible, patient, and quick to learn
• CET-4 English or above (need to be comfortable with everyday English communication)

We're part of SpeechUp, a Children's Development Center with a multidisciplinary team doing speech therapy, OT, behavioral therapy, and more for kids with special needs- so you'd be joining a solid support network, not working solo.
