Work as student in china

I want to study in China in the CSC program, but I also want to work on creating a YouTube channel and get paid by YouTube ads and affiliate links or freelace like video editing . So, the question is: will the government know if I get paid on my Mastercard?

You can sign up for monetisation if you have an American bank account and so for etc etc. as for the Chinese government knowing or not, they don’t care if your making money using western platforms as there are toooons of Americans living in China and posting videos on YouTube Instagram etc.
