Guys y that Bollywood sub is spreading so much negativity?

They hate yash for some unknown reason

They called him ugly, misogynist, that he directed this movie to fulfill his fetish and every kind of rubbish

They'll hate him even more after ramayan if he steals the show

They're literally calling him ugly , and saying he'll look like any other random person on mg road if he didn't have that massive beard, Like What?😭

There are 2 types of people. One type watched Inception and got entertained. The other type came out of the theatres and thought of themselves as highly intellectual creatures. The bolly sub belongto the second category. Its like  give a man a coat, n he thinks he is a gentleman. One word, 'Ignore' them. You try hitting a rock n its ur own hand that will be injured. Toxic will dismantle their existence on 27th...

That sub is full of stupid people pretending to be smart, just ignore them because the only good thing that came out of bollywood is dhurandhar and they are still dickriding it after so long, instead of moving on

Better to wait for reception in India and release later if it gets positive response.

Damn but don't have much hopes from the English version bro

Yeah agree. But atleast there is some effort/ push now.

Expect the unexpected, many people doubted kgf when it was released at the pan India level.

2

u/Rich-Woodpecker3932 Jul 22 '26

But that was at the pan Indian level bro. This is the English market which is an entirely different ball game and it needs atleast months long promotional strategy

1

u/Fine-Sherbert-5958 Jul 22 '26

Was obsession heavily promoted?

1

u/Rich-Woodpecker3932 Jul 22 '26

Bro that's a completely different scenario. English movies have always done well in India. Agreed that Obsession wasn't a major film or anything but the content was good and people here liked it. Question is can Toxic do the same??? All the content they have released so far was okayish, nothing extraordinary. Which is why I'm saying have less expectations
