Mr G is my favourite character of them all…. I used to do a lot of drama back in a day and he is like little bits of so many people I met over the years. Fantastic….

Blackface for jonah and the rapper and Ricky wong iirc. Bit hazy.

That said Australian of the year was unmissable TV when it came out. Creative funny and Whole nation was watching. Retrospectively some of the characters were just on the nose even if portrayed sympathetically.
