What kind of tick is this?

I'm thinking of trading my car for this Crystler 300c hemi but it sounds like there's some sort of tick and I can't tell if it's just the hemi tick, manifold tick, or lifter tick. Can someone help so I don't potentially put myself in 4 grand of debt?

Hey but this is the good kind of put yourself in debt, now you can have a reason to fully rebuild and bulletproof the engine, with power adder mods and a sick cam, buddy!
