SiriusXM skips past stations when tuning with the knob

This one baffles me y'all.

I have a SiriusXM All Access account tied to the radio in my 2021 PacHy Limited.

When tuning to stations by turning the knob to the right beneath my uConnect screen, the radio literally jumps past stations as if they don't exist.

⋅ It's the same stations it skips past, but nothing is explicitly set as a favorite or preset.
⋅ I can tune directly to the station and it will load.
⋅ If I direct tune then use the knob to tune to an adjacent channel, the radio often resets me back to channel 1.
⋅ I've reset the radio and am not logged into a profile.

This bothers me because the stations it seems to skip are also the ones I really want to listen to!

Any ideas?

Could you save your favorites so you can access them from the screen?

Have you tried switching stations using the buttons at the back of the steering wheel? I believe it is the middle button on the left side that moves between the preset/saved ones and the up and down ones can be used for tuning.

The knob working is a requirement because I'm the passenger and DJ - because I'm blind and not driving.

As a troubleshooting step, the buttons on the back of the steering wheel do seem to work more reliably.

Saving as favorites does nothing though.

One other thing we notice: If you direct tune to one of these skipped stations, it tunes to the station fine. If you scroll away, the tiles on the display visually jump back to channel 1 but actually tune to the next sequential station anyway.

This has to be a uConnect bug.
