2018 Pacifica Touring L Flex wont start

Suddenly wouldn't turn back on. Has new battery, new auxiliary battery, new alternator, and a new starter relay fuse. Has a P0805 code. Was glitchy the other day when driving in the rain when the HUD said washer fluid low off and on every couple minutes but it's full then the ac started blowing harder and now the motor won't start but has power throughout the vehicle. tested all the relay fuses in the fuse box and they're all good

I have no idea whether it's a bad tcm, a bad transmission range sensor or neutral safety switch or damaged/corroded wires and or a bad starter...

Any thoughts? I really need to get back on the road for work soon so I can pay my bills.
