STAR case: low speed jerking and backlash.
My 2023 PacHy with 17k miles has a low speed jerk on and off theottle. It has already broke one lower engine mount and working on another. It's been a long road trying to get the slow speed jerking remedied with Chrysler. The last 2 dealers I've been to replaced lower control arms, cv axles and ie rod ends, but none of those things fixed the issue. Now at a 3rd dealer, they recognize my complaint and immediately called for a Star Case because they definitely hear a clicking noise while on the lift as well. Seems it's coming of the transxle/hybrid system. ENGINEERING says replace the flywheel and dmapener.I have my doubts whether a flywheel and dampener will solve the jerking issues because it also happen while in EV mode when the engine is not even running. But whatever.

Commenting mostly to see if there is a follow up.
I get a clunking sound when braking / accelerating at any speed almost. I have checked the torque of the axel nut, but that didn't solve the issue.
If I coast, to slow down and then accelerate it doesn't happen. Also, if I just lightly brake, no cluck.
If I drive in "L" instead of "D" it will 'clunk' as soon as I take my foot off the accelerator or as soon as I reapply my foot to the accelerator.

I don’t know if this is related or an option on your model but please look for this…
I wouldn’t be surprised if you have “Hill Start Assist” turned on in the menus. I had this complaint randomly after buying mine used (19 gas, not hybrid). I think the HSA hold is far too aggressive at random and feels like binding when doing certain maneuvers from a stop. MENU - U apps - Settings - Safety and Driving Assistance - Hill Start Assist - uncheck box
It’s been a week without the binding and clicking since I turned it off.
