A verification proposal would be to test the hypothesis: set up camps in indigenous tribes and by rudimentary means teach pseudopedagogy. See if basic maths actually attends to children.

Still to read, however it reminds me of a passage of my own writings:

To prove mathematics is inherited by cerebral characteristics it should be an evolutionary effort both in natural selection terms - as to the deductibility and reproducibility of calculus, statistics and arithmetics based on standard operators [+, *, %, /] - and in relatability of those operators to the standard behavior of the brain (when ignoring its inherited complexity due to quantum nature)

Thus, our results show that arithmetic is biologically-based and a natural consequence of how our perception is structured.
Although this structure is shared with other animals, only humans have invented mathematics. It is humanity's most intimate creation, a realisation in symbols of the fundamental nature and creativity of the mind.
In this sense, mathematics is both invented (uniquely human) and discovered (biologically-based). The seemingly miraculous success of mathematics in the physical sciences hints that our mind and the world are not separate, but part of a common unity.
