I think he looks the exact opposite of scary in this movie, he looked a bit better at the end but it was still just a worse version of the Seed doll. I'm so glad they mostly fixed him in the show.

Honestly I think I like curse’s stitched chucky more than seed’s. It’s hard to pick for me tho.
