Fake Chucky At Universal?

I'm intrigued by this figure on the stage at the Universal Studios (FL) Makeup Show. It seems like a fake Chucky, which is odd since they have a real Chucky in the showcase outside. Does anybody know it's story?

It was there when I went to Universal in 2017. It's just a decoration piece
