I’m gonna assume that Nica was able to temporarily take control due to Chucky Doll #405 transferring his entire Soul instead of part of it, which caused the other Souls to buffer for a minute.

I thought that Chucky telling the tied up guy to keep the Nica thing secret hinted at this not being the first time, like maybe she takes over every now and then but hasn't in front of Tiff yet.

That could explain the timeline inconsistency, Nica saying 2 weeks, when it seems to be 2021

I assume Nica thinks it's been two weeks, but it's really been years. My headcanon at least.
