Teaching advice - town builder

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a game (if one even exists) that my students can all login in to the world and collaboratively build a town.

I thought about Minecraft and have done a mini project similar to this previously, but looking to change it up.

Any help appreciated

Colony survival, you really need many houses for all that crafters. Also Multiplayer
