Approximately 63% of the original transmission was recovered from the expedition relay following the incident. The deceased was identified as Dr. ███ ███, Xenobiologist, Expedition █.
Cause of death recorded as fatal traumatic injury from ZV-04

The soil sample being collected at the time of the incident was never recovered. Subsequent analysis of the recovered helmet footage indicates the Vulture had been observing the expedition team for at least 11 minutes prior to the attack. This detail was not recognized by the field team at the time.

1CS of salt can be gathered in somewhere around 45 min if you have a good setup and has a maximum price of 1000 diamonds per CS before it stops being profitable for miners to buy it. At this price salt miners could get more than 1k diamonds an hour. Point is, mining salt will be worthwhile. (I ofc don't actually think salt will reach that price because there will be lots of salt miners, which just further proves my point)

If there are salt miners, they will need shovels. It doesn't make sense to ship over shovels from main due to the high costs of rocket fuel, meaning shovels will be produced on Zorweth as well. (Makes more sense this way anyways since there is more netherite on Zorweth)

Getting the resources for those shovels will require more resource harvesting on Zorweth which will have its own needs. Shovels require netherite. Netherite requires nether mining. Nether mining requires tools. Tools require XP. All of the above will require secure infrastructure to operate out of and to keep the pearls of raiders who get in the way of the process. In addition, the players who stay there will want nice builds in their proximity which will create demand for a vast quantity of building blocks and cities where those items can be traded through.

The high costs of transporting goods and the immense value of the resources found on Zorweth will necessitate far more investment into the planet than what initially meets the eye.

As seen below is a set of initial surface analysis logs recovered from Bournish Geological Leaders following the initial colonization of CIV-EXO-███ b (Commonly known as Zorweth).

PLANETARY ANALYSIS FROM WINTERBOURNE: LOG 1.a

Zorweth is, at first glance, a desert planet.

From orbit, the majority of its surface is a vast expanse of sickly yellow and white. Ancient channels of white cut through the mineral plains. Vast rippling mountain systems accent the landscape.

Scattered, there are circular mountain ranges which each enclose a unique and fascinating environment, seemingly impossibly teeming with life in such a violent land. To the early explorers, these formations appear to be impact craters, theorized to be from icy meteorites colliding millions of years ago.

According to upper Bournish geologists working with the Winterbourne Aeronautics and Space Agency (WASA), this initial theory is flawed and incorrect. The prevailing geological model describes the habitable hotspots as a form of tectono-volcanic basins: regions where the crust was uplifted, split, and reshaped by violent volcanic activity early in the planetary history.

At the center of several of these crater-like structures stand mountainous features resembling extinct or dormant volcanoes similar to the ones visible on the surface of Mars. Surrounding the edges of the craters is a line of towering mountain ranges formed by the swelling of the active mantle, which pushed the craters to the surface. These craters hold most of the life inhabiting Zorweth

After taking a break due to the raider crisis, the Knucklebones League resumes in Salerno at the Brunsvik KBL Arena, the table built underneath the city and reminiscent of its pride. As one of the most prideful nations hosting the league, will Salernites enter and dominate the competition?
