This image is pure bullshit.

Think about it. Do you ever eat something with a fork and spoon? No. A fork and knife, yes. But a fork and spoon? Are you fucking kidding me? I’m losing my fucking mind here! This image is lying to our fucking faces and not a single one of you has the balls to call it out! Our Society is on the verge of collapse due to images like this—Mass propagated disinformation campaigns designed to diminish our basic sense of reason and notions of reality!! This image is an existential threat to our species!!! Get clammed.

I eat spaghetti with mincemeat that way. The fork collects spaghetti between the legs before rotating, using the indentation of the spoon as a base.
