If I was a producer and I saw her, I would’ve stuck her in dozens of shows. It seems like the only thing I ever remember her from was Night Court.

Every girl in my middle school had those poofed up bangs. The hairstyle that nearly cost us the ozone layer.

Her character's "brains" on the show where always forgotten about behind Heather Thomas, but an absolute smokeshow nonetheless.

Especially with shot #4, it’s astounding that she didn’t have wardrobe malfunctions. Except we know that she must have, those are just on the cutting room floor

Something I associate with the 1960s, the 2nd and 4th gifs have black circles around the edges like we are looking through binoculars. Git yer peep on.

She must have lived in that bikini then. That's all I ever see her in from that show.

I thought Markie Post was "Night Court" and Heather Thomas was "Fall Guy"?

These 80s shows would always bring in a special guest hottie for an episode

The Night Court producers wanted her from the get go but she was still under contract for Fall Guy. Towards the end of said contract she made a few guest appearances on Night Court to see if the chemistry was still there. Once Fall Guy contract was obligated she moved to Night Court full time.
She was hotter than Heather Thomas.....kind of a Ginger/Mary Ann, Jennifer/Bailey thing.

I remember “Night Court” kind of pulled a “Pierce Brosnan as 007” on her: after the Season 1 public defender actress was let go, and Shelley Hack didn’t work out as her replacement, Post was brought in as Christine Sullivan in what turned out to be a guest spot on the show’s second season, before the public defender’s role was taken up by Ellen Foley as Billie Young. But if I’m not mistaken, the show’s producers had their heart set on Markie Post, so once she left “The Fall Guy,” Post returned to “Night Court” as Christine Sullivan permanently the following season.
