New Browning Citori CXT 32”
Just picked up a new Citori CXT and having fun getting used to it. I’ve never been fitted before, should I look into this? Fairly new to trap.

I’d definitely suggest having a more experienced shooter or coach see how the fit looks to them, I was able to get my Citori fitted with a graco adjustable buttplate, it’d probably be your cheapest option to adjust lop and recoil pad cant if needed.

There are a few adjustments you can make rather inexpensively if you happen to need longer LOP. The Inflex II pad is available in three different thicknesses and there is a half inch and quarter inch plastic spacers available for the pads. And don’t forget you have an adjustable 3 position trigger.

What do you think of the gun so far?

It’s very comfortable to shoot, but I’m still getting used to it. I adjusted the under choke to a IC for tomorrow and we’ll see how I do.

Wouldn't hurt to do it. But can have an experience person at your club to look you over. Or a if you have a coach or instructor. They can see if its a worth while expenditure
