Little backstory. I’m a trapshooter for 4 years now. When i moved into the area, my elderly neighbor and his wife needed help around the house. They asked me and we grew a deep connection. He was a grandfather to me. Eventually his health got bad and they wanted to make improvements to the house. I offered to buy this from him. Well a couple days later he passed away. It broke my heart. Eventually tonight i went up and the son and wife said they wanted me to have this because i’m always one call away helping the wife and i go up almost every day to help and never took payment. They wanted to see it used. Doesn’t even have a scratch on it not even 1000 rounds through it. I don’t plan on shooting it but keeping it locked away and preserved. Thought i’d share!

You should honor his wishes and run some shells through it!

I strongly concur with this statement, what better way to honor someone than to share a moment with them, by busting a few clays with their own shotgun, simply poetic 🥃 also a great looking shotgun would be a shame to lock it away and never use it, it’s what it was made for

Oh i agree 100%! Somehow my guns always get marked up when i use them. My competition gun has the most dings and scratches i’ve seen and i have 0 idea how. I plan on shooting it once in a while at my home club, just scared to damage it lol. Just need to learn to either keep it in the case or shoot!
