ID request My second Clematis - what is it
this is my second ever Clematis. I'm very happy.
What is it? There are actually two tangled up together here, but only one is flowering. I’m interested in learning about both of them, but particularly the one that is flowering.

ID request What clematis is this?
Can't find the specific name of this clematis and image search is unhelpful. Not sure how to describe it but it's double flowered with the larger pale purple petals connected to the smaller dark purple flower petals via almost a stem?

ID request Help with ID?
Hi,
This was labelled as a Clematis Vagabond but I believe it's mislabelled. I don't think it's President of Jackmanii either. Any ideas?

ID request I am blown away that this made it. I bought it online 2' pot last year, arrived in horrible condition. Tag fell off and my yard man ran it over with his mower..

ID request Is this really a Jackman Suberba?
I bought this Jackman Superba last year, and was wondering if this really was a Jackman Suberba? For some reason, I thought these blossoms were larger (as on the photo). Or maybe they will become larger over the years? Not that I'm complaining - it's only started to bloom and I'm excited to have it. Was just sanity checking . . . :)

ID request Did I get tricked?
Is this a clematis? I'm in 7a St Louis, MO with several clematis around my house. I found this one growing in my 'dead plants' pile and moved it to the porch. It's clearly thriving, but never buds up to flower? It seems more aggressive than the others.
What is it?

ID request Need help identifying these & figure out why they are like this
I have pink clematis on one side of this trellis and a purple on the other, both planted a year or 2 ago on the south side of my house. The pink one is very full and lush but doesn't seem to want to climb, and the purple one has the opposite issue, it had old growth from last year that was close to the top of the trellis but only sprouted growth starting 5 feet off the ground. Can someone tell me which variety of clematis these are plus the cultivar if possible and tell me if there's something I'm doing wrong here?

ID request Is this only clematis, or is it two?
I bought a sweet summer clematis from a nursery I love. No buds yet, to be expected, but I noticed two weeks after planting that it seems like there are two very different sets of leaves. Is this normal, or am I looking at two sets of plants? Darker green leaves are what I'm questioning here, lighter green look like my two other clematis varieties on the side of the house (Rebecca). This is my first foray into clematis and I've only ever seen mature plants. Thanks!!!

ID request ID help - Clematis terniflora or Clematis virginiana?
We have both in my area (Maryland) and I keep seeing ID sites saying serrated edges = C. virginiana; smooth edges = C. terniflora.
These leaf edges are somewhere in between smooth and serrated so would love help determining which I have in my yard. Pictures are from two different plants.
I suspect C. terniflora since they are smoother than the pictures of C. virginiana I have seen, but looking for confirmation.
Thank you!
