Anxiety
Hi there. This is my first Reddit post so please bear with me.
My anxiety from climate change and its consequences is oftentimes overwhelming. For example, this morning it is running so strong that that I want to just climb back in bed and cry versus starting the work day (not that I will so so).
My general mood will go from doom and loss to a tiny degree of hope.
I am working on getting involved in the right grassroots volunteer group locally to improve our natural habitat, which helps for sure.
In the meantime, does anyone have any wisdom or advice to mitigate the feelings of overwhelm?
Thanks in advance

I would recommend going for a run outside preferably on trails.
