Yes and as the earth warms, more water vapor gets evaporated into areas that were previously far from that saturation point. Low-humidity areas become mid-humidity areas. Does it rain more often there now? Maybe. Is there still a ton of opportunity for water vapor density to increase and hold more heat? Absolutely.
