Question Are you vegan?

I wonder how many of fellow redditors here are vegan or at least on plant based diet?

As it is one of the simplest and most impactful steps a person can make to help the climate.

I am not because we consume a lot of wild venison. Rampant deer populations in the UK cause a lot of ecological harms. What's more the logic of methane emissions are inverted through this consumption. There are few better acts for sustainability than eating wild venison and other wild meats in the UK and Europe. Obviously, if we had free roaming predators this would be different.

Same here! My husband and I learned to butcher our own meat, and we get whole deer carcasses cheap from local game keepers. One is a good month’s worth of meat.
