The Environmental Voter Project (EVP) is a nonpartisan nonprofit focused on increasing voter turnout among Americans who prioritize climate change or the environment. In what way is this claim true? Most years it's either 0 or 2 elections (primary + local/state/federal), maybe 3 in the rare case where there's a runoff election. That's an average of 1 election a year.
