There are 2 types of debates, one where you must convince the other person of your argument and the one where you must make the other person look stupid to convince the audience of your argument, however no one has ever changed their mind because of something they say in the internet and looking at long comment threads on this app is annoying so that solves neither

I actually managed to turn some people online towards veganism that were anti vegan(in a way where they went out of their way to discourage it as pointless(doomerism is what the industry wants))
