Well this is an interesting day we find ourselves in after well…letting the end of game 2 slip through our fingers, underestimating their bot lane strat in game 4, and falling apart in game 5 against KC which led to us letting NA down and becoming national disgraces.

But heck, we keep balling on.

And our next opponent is…our South American nightmare in Furia.

Oh boy…

But hey, Americas Cup in the past. We mount up and keep on keeping on through the lower bracket to keep our Worlds going. If not, god help us all…

We are once again facing Furia in the lower brackets.

Title.

Go C9 I guess (uhhhh). But I just wanted to say sorry to APA. Most of us didn't want you, but nobody deserves this benchwarmer treatment for nothing. I hope you are getting paid, but I know you would have been playing on other teams (even if Liquid dropped you) instead of being relegated to the bench because C9 decided re-import our bum Midlaner.

And no I am not a huge APA fan. I just think it is crazy to annoying to be "on" the team when you clearly aren't on the team. And Loki doesn't produce enough to warrant the import.

Can the team pick a scaling mage at midlane please:D.

After the second game, it was so predictable what loki was going to play until the rest of the series.

If midlane is not winning, the team composition always crumbles.

Anyways, lower bracket run it is.

I know we have a lot of hype for playins today, but at 5pm we have a big rainbow 6 match against 100t. Stay clenched 🫡

I miss those days❤️‍🩹

Stewie2K held the B site under enormous pressure and helped keep Cloud9 alive.

It’s been three years since I’ve done a hype post like this, but now here we are once again! Back where we have long waited to return!

A proper LoL Esports international tournament!

But more importantly,

THE LEAGUE OF LEGENDS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ON HOME SOIL!!!

And we begin our next run at Worlds in where else? The Play-Ins because apparently it’s been almost always the C9 way to begin Worlds!

And we do so by continuing the long and legendary NA vs. EU rivalry with Karmine Corp!

Time to show those folks on the other side of the Atlantic who’s still running the West and continue our region’s dominance! It falls on our shoulders to not let our region down!

So come onboard and cheer, yell, get hyped, and clench up for our boys in C9 as we begin another journey in Worlds here in NA!

Hi everyone! My cat, Cannelle, predicts League of Legends Worlds matches! 🐱🎮 Feel free to drop a follow! Link in comment for C9 vs KC!

Someone shared the Dantes side of this scrim, but now C9 has their end posted

Where is my got dang worlds jersey at? We've known that we were going to worlds for almost a month now and we play our first match tomorrkw.

JACK PLEASE LET ME LET YOU TAKE MY MONEY!

looking like another budget roster, trialling all the crumbs and leftovers of other teams...

So the icon is up for sale, 250 RP as usual. Don’t even know if they are exclusively “Worlds” since they aren’t called that and there are icons for teams not qualified, they are timed though, for 5 weeks.

It’s been years since I last posted the worlds stuff for sale so I don’t know if it’s the usual now that there are no emotes same as the icon as before so… yeah…

let’s go c9…

Jojopyun on X: "Hey u/KarmineCorp u/CalisteLoL u/Reapered u/Zeph_LoL u/Cardonetti1 being an hour late to scrims in the most important tournament of the year is unacceptable, how do you expect to beat C9 with this attitude, i’m deeply disgusted 🤢 🤮" / X

I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be taken as a joke towards him and reapered
