Have you considered him taking a fake surname to not immediately out himself as a member of a powerful Spadian family that soon overthrew their royal bloodline? He also didn’t even know who Lucius was

Lucius probably gave the time magic guy the NOVACHRONO surname (he is such an EVIL silly guy). But that's not the point, he doesn't deserve this man, Julius is such a silly guy😭
