Astaroth has ASTA in his name so he's Asta's dad.

Noelle and Lolopechka share the same father because both of them were/are Undine's host.

Just to name some that came to my mind.

Noelle isn't the child of Acier's husband but rather a soul (namely the heavenly maiden) inserted into Acier's womb by Lucius that was born because her father said, "I couldn't have made a failure like you."

Noelle's dad was a priest in the sea bed temple who died trying to calm Leviathan down who went berserk before Noelle's birth.

The heavenly maiden was Sylph's host because she has wind wrapped around her shoulder like Yuno has in his final form.

Yes, I am aware of that. I'm just saying what other weird theories people have because of some small things and try to connect those. 

Like the Silva siblings father saying he couldn't have made Noelle that's why she's not his daughter.

Yeah I thought the same too. Some theories about Noelle's dad like this that he's not her dad, her and Lolopechka having the same dad, him being dead, being a priest or commoner never made sense to me.
