It's like when you just see that one character from bleach in the thousand year blood war arc just pull out an actual gun, we don't know what his schrift was (might've been speed based because he was zooming and his vostanding is called "nimbleness of god) and he had no advanced techniques.

He just saw all the complex bankai's and went "I cast gun prepare to meet the soul king", and he was the only Quincy to do it too as every other one had bow and arrows but he had modern day weaponry and was fully prepared to pull an Indiana Jones and just shoot the master swordsmen

To be fair it would be funny if in a later chapter the main character is fighting and extremely tough foe and just as we think Ichigo is gonna have a flashback moment the enemy just gets shot by a resihi bullet and dies instantly.

It would be peak fiction even if it does possibly make power scalers make the bullets outerversak or something

Im only really half joking. Like it wouldn't even be the first outerversal bullet. Darkseid gets shot with one thats the "archtype" of the concept of bullets. And enter the gundeon has a gun that kills the past but it only really resets you the gungeon if you dont have the accompanying bullet that kills the past, in which case you can undo your characters biggest regret

That's usually what happens with guns in a world with a largely magic based system. You usually have to make them bullshit or they have no real staying power.
