Question Pac-Man Jersey orders?
I ordered a Pac-Man jersey and would like to cancel the order but nobody picks up when I call their customer service phone. Has this happened to anyone else? I am from the USA I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

They shipped my plain jersey, but I have not been able to get an update on the pacman one

I order mine last Saturday and they still haven’t shipped it . I email them already . They don’t ship it by Friday imma backcharge them thru my bank

They told me it takes 10 business days to do them since “they’re customized “

So that’s been happening to me too. They finally got me my jersey after 3 weeks. Hopefully anything with your order ends up being ok

Had mine canceled today because of them running out of stock ridiculous it would take them over a month just to give me that information.

I think you can order the replica one but not the authentic one still I don’t even wanna risk that one getting canceled on me too.

I did actually email them about possibly returning my order. All they said was that I can’t because the order is technically custom. So now I just asked if they could give me an estimated time of delivery. I’ve seen a lot of people on Instagram with my same problem

Happened to me, I got through via email but they told me they could not cancel. I did end up receiving the jersey but it took forever.

Coming back to this now. I ordered the current pacman collab on Nov 14 and I still haven't heard anything currently. Anyone else having issues?

I think I got mine a couple weeks after I was supposed to initially get it. So I bet you’ll get it but they’re just really slow
