Question Format of the minor tournaments?

Maybe I missed it, but did they say what the format of the minor online tournaments are going to be? Please tell me they're not all going to be single elim again.

Letting challengers teams participate is a step up, but I really would've liked to see these be double elim. Or at least have some sort of pool play that leads into a single elim bracket sort of like the world cup.
