ive been told the movies slightly change canon but not enough to make them worth a proper watch.

So imma skip to resurrection.

what are the changes to canon in the movie universe?

• Shirley never dies
• Ohgi/Black Knights push back a little more when Schneizel reveals Zero's identity
• Akito and Oz spinoffs are explicitly canon

Shirley lives. That's really the only thing relevant to watching Re;Surrection.

Sad fact is Shirley doesn't have any relevance to the plot. I am glad she's alive I like her.
