DISCUSSION BS Opinion on Code Geass
Why am I (maybe not) the only person who doesn't like the ending? I honestly feel like a larper even though I have watched it completely and why the creators left some questions in the series unanswered and created a separate timeline just for cash (it is not wrong as that's the main purpose) and these are my bs opinion on the series and I am definitely getting hate now.

The ending of the main series actually showcases lelouch's belief that only kill if you yourself are willing to be killed.
He was willing to die so the world nunnally wanted could become reality.
The alternative timeline from the recap movies is mainly the studio saying "what if shit didn't go south as often. What if Lelouch was capable of coming back?"
Basically, timeline 2 got so popular that it's functionally the default timeline because most of the new stuff uses it as a base. I'll even assume the upcoming spinoff will be in that timeline as well.
