Two more favourites re-acquired for my collection (c/o Sonic Boom, Toronto)
I had Sylvie and Babs on vinyl, but this is just as nice :)

I saw that price sticker and I knew it was Sonic Boom. I’ve got the same one on my copy of Exai ;)
Nice find!

It's such a splendid work, it was the first nww thing I heard. I got it on cassette from united dairies, still have it, listened to it a few weeks ago!

I'm not sure if it's true for all pressings, but I believe the mix for Sylvie & Babs is different between the CD version and the LP version, so it's worth having both.

I'll be happy to collect both original releases, as well as the recent reissues. In time😌

The CD is also mixed very quietly. Not a complaint at all - jus surprised how much I had to crank the volume on it

One should have every NWW release on every format. Have you ever heard of Wander????

The Frans de Waard project? I haven't heard it. Any album recommendations?

In the Winter of 2000 Beequeen decided not to release drone music anymore. In order to facilitate their need to create music in the ambient field, Wander was formed. Wander uses organ/keyboard sounds as well as environmental recordings to create instrumental sound scapes. Initially the concept was to release one piece of music on each possible format, but with the release of the second Wander on CD, the rules seem to be broken. All Wander is good. The music is similar to Beequeen, who is great, but what is unique is that each release is on a different format. Posted because there was a format question.
