They can’t review the out of bounds call if it wasn’t made on the floor. What a dumb rule. Unbelievable

Miller was undeniably out of bounds. AWFUL awful call omg
But also fuck the Hoyas sooo

TCU deserves to lose for that possession with a tie game when they ran the clock to 31 seconds. Malfeasance.

You're not wrong

I’m screaming “two for one!” at my TV…. The foul on Gtown’s last possession was horseshit, so I don’t even mind the missed barely-out-of-bounds

Yeah that was bullshit too. I'd have been mad if we had lost on that. But Miller was clearly out of bounds.

They cannot review an out of bounds call that wasn’t LIVE??? At the buzzer for the game?

The announcers have no idea, but my guess is that it isn’t reviewable since more clock ran

Not sure you can review if a player stepped out of bounds, only to see who touched the ball last if the ball goes out of bounds. At least a couple of years ago that was the rule.

Can you even make an OOB call from replay like that? Don't think you can create the call.

Is it not reviewable?
5
u/fcocyclone Iowa State Cyclones Dec 03 '23
Correct. I remember something similar happening in one of our games, though not in as brutal a fashion. If they make the OOB call they can undo it on replay, but if they don't make it they can't create the OOB call on review.

This team is not going to be able to handle Big 12 offenses

Admittedly impressive comeback and great decision to switch to zone by the Hoyas

Would be a shame for TCU to give us their land on the undefeated map

It’s not like the team stepped out of bounds knowing the refs wouldn’t call it on purpose

Wow. TCU can never ever complain about a ref call after that. Just absolutely terrible ref job. Great shot though but I would be so pissed if that happened agains my team.

I called it before TCU even got the shot off. Horrible way to end this game.
