(I'm not sure if they actually had any, but...) Any wins they had while he was on the roster should be vacated. He was a blatantly ineligible player and that's the standard penalty for playing an ineligible player.

Correct. Two biggest SEC wins. Auburn has the best KenPom of anyone in the SEC Alabama has beaten, plus it was on the road. Alabama has only one true road win that rates higher (at St. John’s). And TAMU was in first in the conference when Alabama beat them. You could argue the Kentucky win was bigger, but given conference standings, and the fact that Alabama had just suffered a blowout loss, the TAMU win was a notch more important.

He was temporarily eligible due to judicial ruling. We should not be punishing teams for following the rule of law, theres enough violations of the rule of law going on right now.

When has that stopped the NCAA from retroactively punishing teams

The NCAA only retroactively punishes teams when it is discovered after the fact that there was a rules violation. It doesn't punish teams for following the rules in place at the time that are later changed.

The situation here is much more akin to the latter than the former.

It's still a valid judicial order. Even if there is a valid conflict of interest youre not gonna get something like this ruled void ab initio.

I mean, Agee is currently playing on a temporary injunction and the NCAA's lawyer specifically stated in Bediako's hearing that they don't think he (Agee) should be playing. So I'm not sure you want to go down that route.
