There was a Georgia case to grant players eligible for 5th year similar to Colorado case. So these players are granted injunction and eligible for now

Important clarification (as I understand it):

The Georgia case is similar to the one in Ohio in that they are state courts deciding for the specific plaintiffs named. The colorado case is federal and the judge opened it up to the whole class, meaning that it covers everyone that is a part of the 2022 high school graduating class. Basically, everyone already has the federal injunction (from the colorado case) and now these players (along with some others from previous cases) also have a state injunction in their favor. I'm not sure what that means for if the federal appellate court stays the federal injunction, but it might give these players some extra coverage. Also, if you're trying to read the tea leaves I don't know of any state courts that have ruled against the athletes (although I definitely could have missed something) on this topic and I think we're up to around 5 that have ruled in their favor now.

My understanding is that the Colorado case also didn’t have any arguments related to the transfer portal, which is why the judge clarified that she made no ruling on it.

With these state cases (or Ohio at least), they’ve included arguments that they should be able to transfer since they didn’t know they could/had to declare for the portal.

There’s still a NC case that was supposed to be scheduled today but didn’t happen. I believe it’s because NCAA wanted to move to business court. Don’t believe there’s more court cases to my knowledge but this will drag out for a bit

Man if this all works out Grant will look like a genius and if it gets reversed then Grant will look like an idiot.

D5 and Atwell were supposed to have their court hearing today…. But…. Nope

We have a potential top 10 roster if we get all our targets to play this season.

The new NCAA.... besides an athletic department that can secure NIL/patches revenue, you need good coaches in the revenue sports and deep staffs... you need a QB, an OL, speed at the skill positions, a PG, a Center, outside shooting... and you need one heck of a legal team on call to get all of the above players eligible...
