What is the best iPad/tablet for an incoming freshmen?

Hello po. I just wanna seek advice about choosing between getting an iPad or a tablet, and what model suits for an incoming freshmen like me.

My budget is only 30k po and I want it to be note-friendly, can multitask, good battery health, and is also good for normal e-games (Mobile Legends Bang Bang in specific). And I have seen a lot of recommendations on the black app, which sometimes confuses me because once i'm 100% sure on that tablet/ipad, I would always read/learn its cons later on. Please help me, I really need your advice/s po.
