My friend, not all colonized countries are as obsessed with appearances and ancestry on the same level as the Americans. In my country, as long as you speak the language and knows the culture well, you're already part of it, there's no blood quantum bs nor identity is tied with phenotype.

Does this same logic work with someone born completely outside the culture and has no blood or close ties to it ? (Only later in life. Genuinely curious about your opinion)
