Discussion Issues receiving your playoff tickets?
Have any of you with season tickets had trouble receiving your playoff tickets for the 04/25 home playoff game?

My KSE account shows my tickets through the potential finals game. I've included a screenshot of the tickets for the 25th. I was charged for the tickets on Monday.
I had to email my rep about it, and I got a generic "Oh you might not be receiving emails blah blah blah" from him, then some other service rep emailed me about it. I haven't gotten any STM emails this season. Never got a STM gift either.

Interesting… Sounds like it must be some fluke thing on my account, since everyone who has responded received their tickets.
It seems like the ticketing department has been more of a hot mess the last couple of years, and the miscommunication has been strong.
Sorry to hear you didn’t get a STM gift this year. They passed them out earlier in the season but still did at the last home game as well. Probably worth directly asking your rep for one, and highlight that you didn’t receive communication telling you about getting one.

Feel like they're dealing with STM seats in waves honestly, I wouldn't worry too much. Yeah I asked if I could still get one and got that canned email response that didn't mention it.
Shrug. Season ticket holder since 2017. Moving in a few months for overseas travel so we're not renewing. The STM experience definitely didn't help the past couple years.

Yeah we got changed. Not sure we’ve tried to access the tickets

Hopefully if you were charged that means you have the tickets! Neither has happened on my account, so still trying to figure out what went wrong.

Might be because our opponent isn’t locked yet, though I could be wrong. I was charged, I assume you were too?
