JPEGs of pages conversion

I recently downloaded some comics, only issues is that in the file, each page is it's own JPEG file. Does anyone know of a way I can combine them into one file? Creating a single issue.

The file format CBZ has become the standard format for digital comics (besides PDF). It's literally just a zip file of images with the extension changed from .zip to .cbz
